Make Room for Growth
Growth doesn’t always come from adding more.
Sometimes it comes from clearing space.
We talk a lot about becoming — but not enough about what needs to be released in order for growth to happen. Old habits. Old stories. Old expectations. Relationships that no longer fit the version of you that’s emerging.
Growth requires room.
That means letting go of what’s familiar, even when it’s comfortable.
It means saying no to what drains you, even if it once sustained you.
It means allowing silence where noise used to live.
Making room for growth isn’t dramatic.
It’s subtle.
It’s choosing differently in small moments.
It’s honoring what your body and spirit are asking for before burnout forces the lesson.
You don’t need to rush the process.
You don’t need to prove anything.
Just ask yourself:
What am I holding onto that’s taking up space meant for something better?
Release creates capacity.
Capacity creates growth.
And when you finally make room, you’ll realize —
what’s meant for you has been waiting for the space to arrive.
